Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love what you buy from Bazar4you2. If something isn't right, here's how we'll make it work for you.

Our return window

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return or refund. To start a return, email us at support@bazar4you2.com with your order number.

What can be returned

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In their original packaging with all included accessories
  • Requested within the 30-day window

We reserve the right to refuse returns that arrive damaged, used, or missing components.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your item arrived broken, defective, or different from what you ordered, we've got you covered โ€” and you won't need to ship anything back. Just email support@bazar4you2.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo or short video of the issue

We'll review the case and offer a full refund, a replacement, or store credit โ€” whichever works best for you.

Change-of-mind returns

If you simply changed your mind, you're welcome to return your order within the 30-day window. In this case, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Because we ship from our international warehouse, we coordinate each return individually by email โ€” please don't ship anything before contacting us, as it may not reach the correct destination.

Final sale items (non-returnable)

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once delivered:

  • Skincare patches and personal care items (e.g. hydrocolloid acne patches)
  • Personal grooming tools (e.g. hair finishing stick)
  • Pet grooming items that have been used
  • Intimate apparel and loungewear
  • Any item marked "Final Sale" on its product page

Refund processing

Once your return is approved (or your refund-without-return is confirmed for defective items), we'll process the refund to your original payment method within 5โ€“10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days to appear in your account.

Haven't received your refund yet?

First, check your account or contact your bank โ€” refunds often take a few days to post. If you've waited more than 10 business days and still don't see it, email support@bazar4you2.com and we'll sort it out with you.
